Return & Refund Policy

At Chatkhara, we prioritize freshness and hygiene.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of food products:

  • We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaking bottle

  • Wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

We will:

  • Replace the product
    OR

  • Issue a refund (if replacement is not available)

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • COD refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
